The fine print
The whole point is a fair trade: a genuine video for a genuine refund. The rules are short, and we mean all of them.
- Organic views only. Real people watching — no bots, no view farms, no paid promotion to inflate the count.
- One video per person. Claim at whichever threshold you've reached; if the same video later passes 10,000, we top up the difference. One video's journey, not a portfolio payout.
- Keep the video up. It stays public for at least 30 days after the refund lands. Pull it sooner and the deal is off.
- It has to genuinely feature Gridly in use. The app on screen, snapping real windows — not a passing mention.
- Multiple attempts are welcome. Post as many videos as you like; only one needs to cross a threshold.
- We may decline anything that looks off. Faked counts, recycled footage, or clips that don't really show the app — we'll pass, and we'll tell you why.
- The offer may close for new videos at any time. Videos posted while it was live still count — we honour every video made under the rules it went up under.

Which platforms count?
Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube — Shorts and full-length videos both count — Threads, and X. We go by the view count the platform itself shows on your post, the same number your screenshot captures. The views must land on one video on one platform; we don't add counts up across posts.
Do I need a big following to start?
No. Plenty of videos clear the thresholds from small accounts because the moment is good, not because the poster is famous. If you do have a large following, email us and we'll set something up directly.
What if I bought during a sale?
We refund exactly what you paid, to the same payment method — sale price included. The refund matches your order, nothing more or less.
How long does verification take?
We aim to verify and refund within 48 hours of your email. If something doesn't add up, we'll reply with questions before anything is rejected.
Does the 14-day refund policy still apply?
Yes — the standard policy is untouched. This offer is simply an extra path: your purchase is refunded because your video earned it, not because you asked in time.
